We are in the social club within the Breedon Cement Works at Hope.
Situated in the heart of the beautiful Hope Valley, the Earle’s Terrace Bar & Lounge, is open throughout the summer until late in the Autumn.
We’ll let you know when we close for the winter nearer the time. Watch out for special events & offers throughout the year.

About our Social Club
Hi there,
We wanted to introduce ourselves as the catering managers at Breedon Cement Works Canteen Kitchen. I am Sarah and run the canteen alongside my two sons, Fin and Louie. I previously owned The Bakehouse Deli in Bradwell and have been at the Breedon site for the past 5 years.
Our old-style canteen kitchen in the heart of the Hope Valley is open Tuesday to Friday, serving both breakfasts 8.30-10.30 and lunch between 12-1.30, at highly subsidies rates.
We have a large in-door communal seating area perfect for muddy boots which we want to encourage you to come and try out! In the warmer months we have a large outdoor picnic area overlooking our golf course.
It's somewhat of a quirky setting right in the middle of a cement works, but we think that's what sets us apart from other places you may have visited, a perfect stop off if you are out and about walking or cycling in the Valley or joining us to enjoy a round of golf, angling, bowling or using our gym. We also welcome group bookings and have a more intimate private bar lounge that can be used free of charge when dining with us.
All our food is homemade from scratch using only the very best ingredients.
Our menu includes everything’s from a full English breakfast, roast dinners, wraps, Paninis and salad boxes, homemade pastries, and quiche not forgetting a large range of irresistible homemade cakes and traybakes! You will always be guaranteed a friendly warm welcome by our lovely team!
Earle’s Social Club Bar is open for the season and running our usual hours across the week - Tuesday evenings, Sundays and on special occasions as and when they are on. We offer light breakfast and lunches from the canteen Tuesday to Friday and freshly ground coffee as well as lunch on a Sunday midday to 2.00pm.
We have a fully licensed bar and offer free private function hire alongside our bespoke in-house catering service.
So if you fancy a pit stop after a day enjoying the surrounding countryside, or wish to take advantage of our day rate golf pass of just £10, pop in and say hello!
